Shipping within the Continental US

To ensure that orders can be tracked, Advantig Health & Sport ships all orders via UPS. For your convenience, we automatically generate a status report that UPS emails directly to you, confirming your order's estimated date of delivery and tracking number.

  • UPS charges Advantig an $1.95 fee for delivery to residences, which we have included in our standard $10 shipping charge.  The actual expense to ship your order may cost Advantig more, as we are also assessed fuel surcharges and additional fees if you live in a rural area.  We do NOT pass these charges on to you and do not charge handling fees.

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Express Mail International which offers insurance, tracking and return service. You will receive confirmation of the shipping status via email.
  • For your convenience we have streamlined our ordering process for international orders.  At the end of the checkout process, you will receive a notification that shipping fees will be calculated and sent to your email address.  After you approve the order total, Advantig will charge your credit card and ship your order once payment is received.
  • Please note, a handling fee of $4.95 will be added to all international orders.

Online shipping specials do not apply to international orders.  Taxes, Duty or Vat may be assessed by your local customs upon arrival. We do not account for or include these charges in your shipping quote. Any customs assessments will be your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for these possible charges.

 

Opportunity to Review Order

Advantig Health & Sport emails a Sales Receipt immediately after you place your online order. This gives provides an additional opportunity to review all billing and shipping information for accuracy. If information provided by the customer prevents proper delivery of the order to the customer (including but not limited to incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, etc.), it is the customer's responsibility to pay additional shipping and handling charges arising from the package redirect.

 

Return Policy

Advantig Health products are proudly designed to provide you with the ultimate quality and satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us by calling 877.877.4566 or emailing us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , to obtain a Return Authorization Number.  Please provide a short explanation for your return and after obtaining the Return Authorization Number, return the unopened bottles in saleable, restockable condition (within 30 days) for a refund the cost of the product less a 15% restocking fee and original shipping charges.  Credit will be issued to the credit card used for the most recent purchase.
